Friday & Sunday Night Rent:

🏊 Pool Timings

Private Pool: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Pool maintenance after 10 PM)
No drinking or smoking inside pool (damages water and may cause algae)

💳 Cancellation Policy

Full refund on cancellation up to 7 days prior to booking (Rs. 1,000/- cancellation charge)
Within 7 days: We resell at best possible rate – difference deducted as cancellation charge
Example: If 8K night sold for 6K, 2K deducted as cancellation charge

🚭 House Rules

✅ Check-in/Check-out: 1 PM / 11 AM (Late checkout: Rs. 1,000/hour)
✅ Pool Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM (No smoking/drinking in pool)
✅ Smoking & Drinking: Allowed only within the villa compound but not inside the rooms.
✅Please do not smoke in common areas of the gated community as it is not allowed.
✅ Parties: Allowed with prior approval and applicable charges
✅ Visitors: Not allowed beyond booked guests (special permission at host’s discretion)
✅ Noise: No restrictions generally, but cooperate if caretaker requests volume reduction after 11 PM
✅ Pets: Not allowed
✅ Parking: 2-3 cars available 2 minutes from villa
✅ Kitchen: Mini kitchenette only – warming food, tea, coffee (no full cooking)
✅ Security: Close doors/windows when out, CCTV monitoring for safety
✅ Damages: Minimum Rs. 2,500/- fine or repair cost (whichever higher)
✅ Network: 50 MBPS WiFi available, mobile network limited due to hill location
✅ Power: Electricity outages common – inverter backup for fans and lights
✅ Drugs & Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited – legal action will be taken
✅ Trespassing: Trespassing into any other villa, or any areas of the gated community is not allowed, and strict action will be taken.
