As you enter the main gate of the villa’s compound, you’re amazed by the stunning design of the Bali-themed Sihra Villa and the mesmerizing view of the open sky.
✰Pool Side✰
Step onto the fresh blue poolside deck, and on the left, you’ll see the private pool, large enough for 6-8 guests.
This is where you’ll spend most of your evening time. Set up the party speaker on the Gazebo and crank up some Bollywood music to set the vibe.
✰Spacious Living Room✰
As you enter the glass doors to the living room, you'll find yourself in an aesthetic hall with a comfy sofa cum bed and a mini kitchenette on the left.
Switch on the AC to beat the heat and relax while watching TV! Chill on our comfy bean bags and Don’t forget to have your morning coffee here with a gorgeous pool view!
The living room also has a kitchenette and dining area to relish a delicious meal delivered to the villa from the clubhouse restaurant.

Our kitchenette is well equipped for heating any food, making tea, coffee, or some Maggi too.
The fridge is great for setting up all the necessary ice and storing drinks or extra food.
While we don’t allow full-fledged cooking in the kitchen since it’s a safety hazard, who cooks on a vacation anyway? Enjoy a lip-smacking meal from the clubhouse delivered straight to the villa.

You’ll stay at Sihra Villa, a Bali-style villa inside Villa Montana - a gated community with 30+ Spacious villas at the top of a small hill ahead of Vandvadi forest. The stunning view of the valley is beyond imagination and a sight you should notice.
Enjoy peaceful morning or evening nature walks on the path near the clubhouse, but get back before it's too dark.
The clubhouse has a shared pool, gym, garden, and games like table tennis, carom, and snooker. Please note that the clubhouse is a shared space among other guests of the gated community.

My caretaker, Mr. Hemant, will be available near the property to help you check in and out.
✰Areas Accessible to Guests✰
As a guest, you can access the entire property compound of Sihra Villa, along with the public areas of Villa Montana - The Gated Community, like pathways, gardens, clubhouse, etc.
✰Clubhouse & Shared Pool✰
The clubhouse game room and swimming pool are accessible to you. Please ask Hemant to help you with the same. Please adhere to the clubhouse rules mentioned onsite.
✰Do Not Trespass✰
Please do not trespass into the private areas of any other property owner, as there are CCTVs set up across the gated community, and it will lead to issues.
Drinking or smoking in any area other than the villa premises is prohibited.
Getting Around
Getting Around
Sihra villa is inside ‘Villa Montana’ - a gated community on a hill near Vare village on Karjat–Murbad road.
Since it’s on a hill, there’s a 5-minute uphill route, which is a little bumpy. But the privacy you get at the property makes up for it.
You ideally need a private vehicle to travel outside Villa Montana. If you plan to visit Matheran, a rental vehicle with sightseeing can be arranged on prior notice.

The gated community is peaceful & surrounded by nature. The clubhouse is just a 2-minute walk from Sihra Villa.
The view of the nature walks right beside the clubhouse is mesmerizing. The perfect place for your sunset pictures!

> Check Out: 11 AM
Early check-in and late check-out will be provided depending on availability for an extra charge of Rs. 1,000/- per hour.
Pool:
> 8 AM to 10 PM - after which the caretaker will do Pool Maintenance.
> No drinking or smoking inside the pool as it damages the water and may lead to algae in the pool.
Sleeping Arrangements:
> 1 Double Bed and 1 Sofa Cum Bed in the Bedroom
> 1 Double Bed and 1 Sofa Cum Bed in the Living Room
> Extra sleeping floor mattresses available at Rs. 100/- per person.
> Max 12 Guests
Kitchen
> The kitchen is a mini kitchenette only available for basic food warming, making tea, or coffee.
> We’ve provided an induction stove; all utensils are induction and microwave-friendly.
> Full-fledged cooking is not allowed at the property.
Parking
Parking for 2-3 cars is available at the parking space 2 minutes from Sihra Villa, just inside the gate of Villa Montana.
Please do not park your cars in common areas of Villa Montana (Gated Community), as it may obstruct the path for other guests.
Pet Policy:
Sihra Villa is a pet-friendly property, but please note the following.
> Please clean up after your pets.
> Stray dogs and other animals are rare but may roam freely in the gated community; it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your pets.
> The villa compound is walled, but pets may run off if the main gate is open, so please keep your pets on a leash outdoors.
> Please ensure that your pet doesn’t disturb or harm neighbors or staff
> Please ensure your pet doesn’t trespass into the properties of other Villa/Plot owners in the gated community.
> Any damages caused by the pets will be chargeable.
> Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool.
Smoking & Alcohol:
Smoking and drinking are both allowed only inside the property.
Please note the following rules.
> Ensure you do not create a mess at the property or nearby area
> Smoking & drinking are not allowed in common areas of the gated community
> Causing problems, damages, or disrespecting staff or neighbors after drinking will not be tolerated - you may be asked to leave immediately.
> Please throw ash, cigarette buds, and alcohol bottles in the dustbins.
Parties and events:
Parties and events are possible at the property but only after obtaining prior approval/permission and paying any charges or deposits that may be applicable at the host's discretion.
Visitors:
Visitors beyond the number of guests mentioned when booking are not allowed inside the gated community.
Special permission may be provided at Host's discretion for allowing visitors.
Visitors are not allowed overnight.
Noise Restrictions:
As such there are no noise restrictions, however if my caretaker asks you to keep the volume reasonable after 11 PM - please cooperate.
This is a rare situation.
● Ensuring Security:
To ensure security - please close the doors and windows when you go out or are not awake.
Do not leave any valuables unattended.
We have set up CCTV cameras outside the property to ensure safety.
Please report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
● Damages & Fines:
We expect guests to take care of the property as their own. However, we have had experiences where guests didn’t do so.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests.
Any damages to the property must be reported to us immediately.
In case of any damages, a minimum fine of Rs. 2,500/- or the amount required for repairs, whichever is higher, will be levied.
● Drugs & Illegal Activities:
> Strict legal action will be taken if you break the following rules.
> Buying, Selling, Carrying, Using, or Consuming drugs is strictly prohibited.
> All activities recognized as illegal by the Indian Legal System are strictly prohibited.
● Please Note:
> The mobile network is not strong since it’s a hill; you can make calls and get some internet, but you may have to move around a bit.
> We don’t have WiFi.
> The property is not ideal for workcations due to an unreliable network.
> Electricity outages are common in remote areas; we have an inverter to run the fan and lights.
