How many guests can the villa host, and what are the sleeping arrangements?
Sihra Villa accommodates up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include double beds, sofa-cum-beds and extra mattresses (available at an additional charge). The base rate covers 6 guests; extra guests are ₹500 per person per night.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible depending on availability, at ₹1,000 per hour.
Is full cooking allowed at the villa?
No, full cooking is not allowed. The villa has a kitchenette to warm food, make tea or coffee and store drinks in the fridge. Home-style meal packages can be pre-ordered.
What are the pool and community rules?
Pool timings are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No drinking or smoking in or near the pool. Smoking and drinking are permitted inside the villa but not in the common areas of the gated community. Parties are allowed only with prior host approval.

No, the villa is not pet-friendly.
How do I reach Sihra Villa?
The villa is in the Villa Montana gated community near Vare Village on the Karjat-Murbad Road. A private vehicle is recommended. The nearest railway station is Neral (about 11.5 km); pickup or drop can be arranged on request.

A family villa in a quiet, gated hilltop community. A few simple rules keep it calm for your group and the neighbours.
The pool is open 8 AM to 8 PM. Keep music low late at night with doors and windows closed, so nearby families rest easy.
No diving or jumping. No food, drinks or smoking in the pool as it makes the water murky.
Loud parties and events are not allowed. Sihra Villa is made for family stays, reunions and friends who want the place to themselves.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Permitted inside the villa, but not in the pool or the gated community's common areas. In case of smell, a fine of ₹1,000 applies.
Park only in the designated area inside Villa Montana's secure compound, 2 minutes from the villa.
